Ella Russell recognised a gap in the market and launched medicals-4-less Ltd. The business provides cost-effective driver medicals, and continues to flourish.
Through hard work, reputation and a willingness to adapt, Ella has grown her business from around three driver medicals a week to over 20 in West Yorkshire. To date, she's had over 500 customers, and has no intention of resting on her laurels - Ella is rapidly growing the business through franchising and hoping to make it nationwide in 2021.
