Andy Stephens flipped the traditional traditional marketing agency model on its head when he launched Dandy Marketing Agency LTD in 2017.
Having grown disillusioned with the way a lot of marketing agencies operated, Andy and his business partner decided to start an agency they would want to hire.
Andy explains: “We sat down and listed everything we didn't like about traditional marketing agencies and set about creating one that differed. So we would have no long-term lock-in contracts, we wouldn't be strict on hours, we would be as helpful as possible and more than anything we would do what it takes to get results.”
Dandy Marketing Agency LTD was born in 2017, and the company has gone from strength to strength - they now have three members of staff and work with companies from one-man bands to multi-million dollar corporations.
