Running a business

Table of contents

In late 2021, the Crunch Chorus Community Forum was launched, giving our members a place to get their questions answered about the world of self-employment, tax, and Crunch’s software and service.

We’re keen to bring you the best advice and guidance available, and are pleased to announce our first live expert Q&A, coming next Wednesday, 26th January 2022!

Instagram - get your questions answered

When you’re running a business, your marketing will often determine whether you sink or swim. In 2022, Instagram is one of the most important ways to reach your target audience, but if you don’t know what you’re doing, it can be a bit stressful.

Luckily, Digital Marketing expert Kerry Watkins of Social For Good is stopping by the Crunch Chorus Community Forum on Wednesday 26th January to provide answers to any questions you might have!

You can access the forum using your existing Crunch logins. If you’d like a reminder about the event (so you don’t forget to ask your specific question), you can join the Facebook event, or you can add the Q&A to your Google Calendar.

Why should small businesses care about Instagram?

According to a July 2021 Statista study, Instagram had around 28.81 million users in the United Kingdom (UK). The largest share of Instagram users were individuals aged between 25 and 34 years old, at 30.9%.

Over half of Insta users visit the site multiple times a day, and it’s become a modern expectation for businesses to be accessible on the platform (many of your competitors are probably doing business via Instagram!).

Make sure you’re there on Wednesday at 1pm-2pm to get your questions answered, from hashtags, to reels, to engagement stats and more!

    Who are Social For Good?
